Returns & Exchanges

At Elegy Coffee, we want you to love every brew; while we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee due to its perishable nature, we are happy to resolve issues with equipment or apparel within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at hello@elegycoffee.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue or the item you wish to exchange.

• 2.
  Await Authorization

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return shipping label for eligible non-perishable hardware or merchandise.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your unused items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once your return is inspected at our roastery, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item.
